Deepak Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under the Bombay Public Trust 1950 and operating in the social development sector since 1982. In order to effectively address the emerging priorities in the arena of social development and research, the organization diversified its approach into areas of women empowerment, capacity building, pre-school education, prevention of illness with quality healthcare delivery, disaster relief and rehabilitation.
The organization, with an overall objective of building capacities of grassroots health functionaries and developing evidence based models of efficient human resource management, established the Institute for Skills Building, Research, and Innovation (ISBRI) approved u/c Section 35AC to catalyse change through skills building and policy advocacy through evidence based research and service delivery.
The organization is driven with an overall objective to build capacities of grassroots health functionaries and establish effective public health systems through research and surveillance thereby, focusing its efforts on key main areas of intervention including healthcare delivery, building livelihood opportunities and promoting pre-school education.

We provide preventive services to the marginalized population across urban slums, rural, and tribal areas.

We work with children with special needs to empower them to live a life of dignity and independence.

We impart training to underprivileged and unreached communities to improve livelihood opportunities and skill development of functionaries.

We strive to ensure holistic education of all children living in the rural, tribal and slum areas.
